Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.

~Seneca

My sister asked if I wanted to go to the mall. I said yes, then the first thing I put on was my school uniform.

Well, I didn't want to be dressed as a slob, but I had only a little time to prepare, so I yanked my school uniform from my bag and put it on. Oh, and I haven't showed you my school uniform yet. I will, just you wait.

I think my wearing my uniform to the mall makes me overdressed once you see what other people wear when they go to the mall. I at least wore something presentable. Complete with school ID.

We went to the mall because she wanted to look for a cocktail dress to wear for my mom's birthday this Friday. We left without a cocktail dress and a few nice casual skirts.

And another thing: I know this is so last year (or a year and a half ago) but the Tory Burch Reva jelly flats...kinda hurt.

Mine are black.

It doesn't hurt too much and I actually use them to school because we're required to wear black shoes and when it rains here it pours and it's not good for the synthetic leather shoes I buy for school – well, that's a mouthful – but the thing is, the heels aren't cushioned. So, they hurt. I went inside the dressing room despite not having anything to try on, simply because there was a chair inside and my feet needed a break. I'll probably get me those jelly insoles so my feet can stay comfy.

Other than that, I think they're fine.
