~Coco Chanel
Once upon a Math class, I was relearning how to solve for mixtures when my phone rang. First, because my sister was asking where our USB modem was. Second, because my mom told me what the motif for today's Christmas party is.
Before I move on, let me tell you that my parents are members of this biking group and they hold a Christmas party every year. There's a theme every year. Last year I wasn't able to go, but two years ago they asked us to wear formal clothes and I went there decked in ribbons and lace. Beginning, middle and end of story.
Well, not really. Today's theme was Glee-inspired. How I'm supposed to go there looking Glee-inspired, I don't know, because if I went there saying I'm dressed as Kurt Hummel, they...wouldn't see it. Unless I chop my hair off and become a countertenor overnight.
I can chop my hair off but I can't carry a tune. That's why I prefer playing instruments.
Anyway, I did tell my mom that I'm either dressing up as Kurt or using him as fashion inspiration. Which is hard since I don't want Glee, so here comes CollegeFashion.net.
After reading it, though, I have come to a conclusion: I don't need new clothes. I need a tailor. Now.
Anyway, I'll let you know how it goes. But first I have to get rid of all my baggy clothes.
